Good time to Reevaluate Nepal Army. Recent incident in Durbar Marg proves that Nepal army is Rascal's Club. Prachanda was right to tell NA has done nothing but kill Nepalese and Rape Nepalese. It is more of a group of armed gundas paid by Nepalese government to serve some of the elite members of upper cast. Please comment on why we need Nepalese army in the first place, it can neither protect Nepal nor can it do anything productive.
