Xena, I think Miss divya was thinking of taking things a little further with mr bledsoe but when she saw the ring she found out that he was not available, so she asked bledsoe if he knew anyone from immigration office so that she could get some help. She adopted that girl for household help because she now has a bigger house, and some help in the housework would be nice. Not Dumb at all but smart. Thats my take.
