You can go to St cloud state university in MN you can get instate if you maintain your GPA but if you looking for off campus job you need to come to Minneapolis to work for Medical device packaging job. I heard it pays preety good too. or you can go to Bellevue college and get off campus job at FDR or OTC ( At OTC you need to be careful, they will know if you deal with SS number scratching..hehehehhe) or you also can apply mountain state university in WV (west virginia) but they don't have no off campus job at all. So bascially you will either study a lot or Smoke a lot Good luck
