Third party can be you and me, third party can be UN. it doesn't have to be USA.do you consider the attack on 911 terrorism?if so then u decide. who is terrorist. I am very aware of how USA acts on its foreign policies.But even then is bombing usa cities the solution.killing innocent american life the solution. Don't get me wrong here.I am totally against american foreign policies.But terrorism is terrorism !! if they are not democratic forces and do not go in peace ful method then they are terrorist.
