Pyar jun is the most corrupt CoAS so far. Even his wife was most active in all dealings. He is responsible for the degrading morality of the army now which is making them do all the extortions. Someone I know in Dhading - a sipai - brings home 1 lakh every month by extortions now. He is not less responsible in any way than the 3 security cheifs who were charged.
