UDC is anything but a good school. It surely is cheap but guess what - u'll always regret u spent ur time and money at this ghetto university. I am a local from DC-MD-VA area therefore I know fair amount of facts about UDC. If you are considering DC metro area, spending first two years at Montgomery College or NOVA college and then transferring to UMCP or GMU will be a wise decision. As someone already mentioned, two of these community colleges have transfer agreement with UMCP and GMU. Montgomery College costs about $3000/sem and UMCP costs $10,000/sem as an international student.
