Dacoolone, I just got my H1b visa stamp 2 days ago in Kathmandu. I did not even submit, college transcripts and certificates. The inverview questions were also simple. The main documents were I797 (approval notice), passport, employer's letter. It is good to carry recent W-2s, pay stubs and tax docs just in case they ask. if they ask about college, how about just show them the Certificates and say you did not bring the transcripts.
