Hi guys, I came to the States on F1 visa and have been on H1 for the last 2 yrs, GC is in process. My Dilemma is: 1. I skipped a semester (out of status) when 1st came to the States. 2. Got my BS in Engineering with less than 3.0 GPA 3. Took me 7 yrs to finish my BS. I work for a fortune 100 company as a consultant...making the above avg. salary (don't ask me how I got in!). Now, I have to go home in an emmergency. Even though my Academic record is not that good, I work for a very reputable company..Do you guys know what are the chances of getting my visa rejected from KTM office. I have heard that H1 visa is the easiest get from there these days. Any thoughts will be greately appreciated..
