Why Dr. Ambedkar renounced Hinduism?

I know Hinduism is near & dear to most Nepalis, but we all should renounce it as I have already done so. Hinduism is like a big cement block chained to one of the legs of Nepal Aama, which is slowing the progress and aspirations of all Nepalis. I was born & raised a Hindu, yet when my conscience lead me to question Hinduism for several years, I could no longer accept it. Now, I feel free and no longer belong to the group who discrimitates on the basis of castes and deny it with illogical excuses and theology. Before you criticize me, please cool your angers and ask youselves some simple questions like; would I want to be born a Kami/Damai in Nepal? I am a Hindu but why in the Vedas it is written that Brahmins are born from the mouth of the God, and Vaishyas from the feet of the God?, Isn't denying or downplaying caste system as manmade is just a hypocritical excuses we are making?, even in America when we Nepalis gather, why is caste system so powerful that it is evident that people seem comfortable and are likely to mingle with with own castes groups? Why the Janjati movement in Nepal is gaining ground? Why Brahmins & Chettris hold most civil jobs in Nepal? This one is really stupid: Why the child of a Brahmin and non-Brahmin no longer is a Brahmin?
