Addressing a programme in the Capital on Friday, Maoist leader Matrika Yadav alleged that the leaders of the seven party alliance are opposing the dissolution of the parliament against the eight-point agreement between the ruling seven party alliance and Maoists, which was signed by Prime Minister Koirala, reports said. He urged the people to wake up and press the government and the SPA to make the peace process successful. He warned that Nepal would DISINTEGRATE if the citizenship issues of the Terai people are ignored. "The Terai people will no longer remain silent spectators if they can not exercise their rights," he said. Likewise, Madhesis will not participate in the election to the constituent assembly if they continue to be deprived of citizenships, he added.
