According to what I hear, Prakash Chandra Lohani and Babu Ram Bhattarai, both prominent Nepali politicians, are SLC toppers. Someone pointed above on Luna Bhatta's reputable position in the medical society. Topping SLC, no doubt, is a notable achievement. I consider it their right to make a note of what they have achieved.
