I agree on that point!!if India wanted Baburam and Prachanda could have been killed long time ago..I don't know the real interest behind it.. but Nepal also harbors Islamic terrorists...This is fact.. the number of increasing muslim population in Nepal is threat to India.. So i guess it balances ... out and .. remember the plane hijack incident..
