I think Mihila nani has not declined the allegation to RNA. He just wanted to say that crimes at the similar levels are committed by Maoists too. Crime is crime, whoever committed. Only thing is that RNA was far ahead in mass murdering such as Doramba indidences, and the one in Kotwoda, Kalikot and in their barracks and Gyane is the one and only one who was encouraging RNA officers to do such heinous acts.
