I won’t be surprised if the culprits get away with it. And it will not be the first time. The one thing I fail to comprehend is that what other people were doing while the incident was taking place. Well the police as their tendency always arrive after the crime takes place. But I would think that the other people (the locals) could have stopped it from happening. What were they doing? Watching !!! or may be they locked themselves inside their house and thought “ well it is none of my business” Sick Sick.. just plain Sick.. Thinking about this is making me really angry……
