no i don't know engles...ha haha.... i didn't want to repeat everything i said earlier... ok what i can say in brief is that, if it was not for maoists, the politicians would be still doing whatever they want...they meetings would still be 10 mins long and decisions would have been predetermined....I think the roots for democracy has to be strong for development process and it wouldn't haven't possible without maoists. The politicians wouldn't be scrutinized. Right descisions can be make only after pure democracy, which we are facing only now!
