Neo liberalism is what exactly WTO is doing recently. Neo liberalism is being enforced by the WTO mechanism where capitalist/developed western countries are imposing their economic policies to the third world and underdeveloped countries. This way multinationl corporation from these western countries benefit a lot at the expense of the poor countries.
