Nothing can be done during political instability. Just talk about it....or make plans...like we are doing rt now...but when this instability ends, nepalis should focus on tourism as it is the main income(in practicality) for nepal. And also start building roads side-by-side. Generating electricity to sell to india is not a practical solution, because 1) Nepal cannot afford the investment 2) Even if nepal gets investment(somehow), there is no gurantee the project(s) will be successful 3) India can generate its own electricity (nuclear). There were several micro-hydro project in the villages, which stopped due to political instability. It should resume after the country gains stability.
