the govt should start the economic reform with a vivid political ideology, as far as i am concerned, be it a democratic, communism, socialist, that barely matters, what matters is how disciplined and focused is the govt. Govt-Ppl-maobadi better come to an understanding that this tug war between parties and maoist is not a win-win...it will never come to an end, develop a consensus. econimic reform-increast the cash flow first, how is the govt suppose to initiate steps towards economic reform, without any money. taxes....going back last 10 yrs, start collecting tax first, sales tax, property tax, fed tax.
