although exactly not the nepali momo, there is this place in Chinatown that sells fried dumplings for dirt cheap. the shop is on Mosco Street (between Mott and Mulberry Street). it has a sign saying 'fried dumplings' and you get 5 for $1. and they taste awesome! dont forget the hot sauce as well.
