Why Nepalese people rude? Answer would be: (1) They have Education But They DO NOT have quality Basic foundation of Education. (2) Their parents are corrupt, crook, criminal mentality... So they never ever learn good manner..or civilize manner even they have higher degrees. (3) They 99% came from or growp up in corrupt and uncivilize culture and societies - " Jasko sakti Usko bhakti ", so even these Nepalese people go to Mars or other planet, they keep their BAD MENTALITY AND BEHAVIOR in other planet.
