I am working in Virginia under OPT. My employer had filed H1B under normal process to Vermont Center. But recently. My employer got a notice of transfer stating that my case has been transferred to Texas Center stating - “We transferred this case because the record indicates that office has jurisdiction over the case”. So just wondering what would be the reason of transfer. If any have such experience w/ their case or familiar, please share. I am not willing to ask my employer to call to Center at this time as calling there need a long hold.
