I generally agree with what Sajhauser has said but let me reshuffle a few words and replace some other, if I may. I believe the worst form of racial prejudice is the "Superiority Complex" which I believe is in flux here is sajha. It all starts there. When the superiority complex speaks out the inferiors feel oppressed and have to respond in kind, an a result, to make their claim superior, they form alliance and be a part of a group. I don't know why but when I write these santence I cannot help but notice the general resemblence to WWII and nazi germany (not trying to be extreme). I also understand the natural human tendency to ethnocentrism. Yes the key word here is "Realize it". Realize it from your perspective BUT realize it from theirs also.
