Nothing bulky if you are not a professional. Kodak has some "inside optical zoom" in V610. V610 is next generation camera. The only thing with Kodak is it's a little shaky and picture quality is not the best. But again, go for Kodak if you want cheap stuff and normal quality. If you want High Quality and High price than wait for Sony to come out with something to match V610 (which I doubt will come out any time in next 6-10 months). So the best option is V610...and with a price of USD 400 or about (and say another USD 200 for extending the memory and battery) this is the best option.
