Both Nepal Army and Maoist militia are killing machines. They can be compared. One has no sense but to lick shah's but.t other at lease has people support else it would not have survived this long. Even while in war there is nothing promising shown by NA. Else except kathmanu ,most of country would not have gone in Moaist's hand.
