Delicate Jee, Thank you very much for your opinion. Your experience seems to match with the kind of experience that I may get into. As I read their contract terms, I feel like why the hell do they need so much of explaining to protect their butt. Main concern for me is the placement after the training. I have heard from some that they will manage to get H-1B but then for job it is another hard work. So, is it that the job searching again continues on our part? But, as per the HR manager, the company will market me and arrange the clients(project work). Everything looks so flashy that I m being conscious. Any comment/opinion!!! One another intricating aspect is to look out the reason for these companies to do all that for its so called "trainee/employee". As per the contract term, one would be penalized for breaching the terms, but does not specifically mention any fee/charge except the contract period binding of working for them for certain months.
