Ambassador Moriarty is the first diplomat to Nepal to call a spade a spade. He has HONESTLY said that maoists-terrorists have to surrender/give-up the arms/violence to be accepted. He also said US still recognizes the maoists as terrorists!!!! It will not recognize the Nepal Govt. Finally we have an international diplomat to check the dirty game of maoists-terrorists.
