NA knows nothing more than how to rape and can kill those helpless women walking aroud the barrek, how to pick teenage girls right from there houses and rape and kill, how to arrest ordinary people from the streets and kill to the name of terrorists, and so on. You are arguing for the most corrupt and useless army in the world. Unless army is restructured (it should not necessarily in a way that Prachanda is demanding) and ordinary porsonnel would be able to head it, it can not do anything. that's the bitter fact.
