I donot know what you guys are talking about.but let me play little villian out here for a while. lets compare a life of helper in KTM and that same kid/guy in his village.Do you know why these people come to help in the house?Because they get better life style than they were getting back home in the village.I do not diaagree to make thier future by helping them more.Most of helping kid just by helping around little(i am talking avg or good scenario) gets good food to eat ,watch tv,go to school.In return they help.From my understanding , they themself acknowledge the fact that there lives are better.From their young age they are leaning nothing is free .this is give and take.Whereas most of us who came to usa learned later stage of our life(please think what i am saying).US culture is you help , you get.it is like you help yourslef then i help you.Same applies to poor helpers.So ,i do not deny that some cases of exploitation but in general i do not think that is so wrong.In Usa also 100 years ago they had child labor problem and expolitations .now we are going thru that age .So we are behind them and we might always remain behind if we do not realize to strengthen the economic roots of the country. Paying more? Ok i admit ,there should be standard of wages.But do not compare USA and Nepal we are talking two different context.I admit that money dhobis don't even get money people spend in laudry mat. So , does a accountant get as much salary as the accountant in nepal??or how much does CEO of US corporation makes compared to the manager of the division of the same company. Is there fairness and equality in usa job market???is in maoist china wages so fair????i was listening to NPR about problems of Chinese teachers.??what i am trying to say a system cannot be perfect but it is always good to reach almost close to it. Creating a good system doesn't mean , giving out more money, sharing wealth. And FYI ...communist are not good at getting this system in place.Do not give yourself that false hope and buy those dreams they are selling.
