dude, don't give me that links and stuff .I know what you are saying and i just saying you this :Yes we can in 5 -10 years period(being very optimistic) and having tons of money in our pockets and leaders with vision and people with dedication but in those 5 -10 years there will be no one surviving(not iterally).So,better not piss off India during those years. Which is highly unlikely ofcourse they are going to get jealous and close all the resources. And making Dams for hydro-electic.. that is too far .. Do you know .how much india will get pissed of if nepalese dam floods the indian villages.So,Those stuff you said ,is good optimistic but practical in present context of Nepal.We don't have leaders, we don't have money.we don't have resources.
