It will not take Nepal four hundred years to implement the things I mentioned. For example learning the process of making salt you can be a chemist and do it or chemical engineer. I know we have a lot of chemist and chemical engineers. Or get into US military for two years and it will teach you how make salt out of salt water. Secondly it will take about 3 to 5 months for someone to set up the whole aquaponics or hydroponics system and learn from it. So the food can be provided with in that time frame and its not seasonal so the food is year around. As far as US giving a rats ass about Nepals border it will more than willing help Nepal protect its borders if you allow some American troops to station at some border points so it can keep an eye out on China and India and I know neither China nor India would object to giving US air space especially if they still want to do business with US. You have to think in a give and take way. As far as fuel is concerned the reason why US can't implement it yet is because its not business friendly. Meaning if they use ethonal for source of energy then a lot of people in US can create that at home and sell it, so the government may not recieve any benefits (tax) when people are selling it. Also people in US are already using alternative fuels in the case of NASCAR where ethonal and nitrogent are used so I dont know what your are talking about. The problem with US is that there are more cars in this country then the people. Imagine if even half of US house hold has at least two cars in average thats about 270 million car so US has problem because its abundance in car not because of resources. In Nepal you dont have to worry about this because at max Nepal has about 3 million cars. I know we can find enough juice for it. Here's the thing IMI I am thinking, you are the one that isn't.
