Start looking for altenatives. When is u r OPT over? Masters is an option. Some prep classes are other options. Talk to HR. If you are flexible you can tell them to relocate you is some other county. If you do not wanna leave US then tell them that you wanna join masters and wanna come back to work with them. May be it will work. Just use any otpions you feel of any remote possiblity. peace out
