I don't know 1 and 2 number's questions but since I am woring in software field I can give suggestion: 1.--------------------- 2.--------------------- 3. If she needs to come in programming field she can learn C, C++, and Java etc so she can easily learn .NET or Database here in USA. I mean to say she should have good basic programming skills in object oriented programming and in procedural programming. It is not so hard to get job for in IT nowadays especially DV winner. Thanks
