only condition that Czech and italy can qualify now is if Czech beat italy and USA beat Ghana. Then both italy and usa will be at 4-4 points and then head to head result and the goal difference will come into play in which i think italy should do well. But at the moment the most likely probables are italy and ghana because they are the only teams that will qualify even after a draw. As for czech is concerned they must need a win. And USa they not only need a win but also need a favor from italy.
