While looking at the amounts, looks like a ZERO at the end seems to be missing... Rs 2000 - 4000, c'MON that's peanuts... It's not really clear how, why such a miniscule (small, tiny) amount would be given to the journalists? For Rs 4000, you can buy only 8 kg of Mutton... Think man. This is nothing but SPA showing or branding how corrupt patrakars are for even such a small amounts, and by doing so automatically they would look CLEAN? Can't you understand this dimlomacy?
