Wonderful thing about sum-off's narratives is that we(I) actually relate to them personally. That rude beaurocrat at the airport, yup I ran into him. The water shortage problem, yup that's how it is at my house. Those people who talk about phalana's son sending home huge sum of money and wondering if and how much I send, yup those are my relatives and neighbors. yadda, yadda, yadda...
