Young Nepali make big in Bollywood ---------------------- 'Dhungako kaap forera pani umranchha pipal Sirjana Shakti sansarma kahile hudaina bifal' The above phrase penned down by the National poet Madhav Ghimire, speaks of the of a young musician called Ishwor Kumar BC aka 'Eshu'. Eshu has just completed his work as a music director for the Bollywood movie 'Salam Dost' along with his colleague Sunil. The six songs featured in this film are composed by Ishworr and Sunil, is written by Akash Sharma and is sung by some of the biggest names in Bollywood, Sonu Nigam, Hari Haran, K K, Shreya Goshyal, Kailesh Khere and Viva. The songs of 'Salam Dost' are released by the music company Venus and were recorded at Spectral Harmony Record. 'Salam Dost' is made under the banner -- Farmer Films and is produced and directed by Niraj Shreevastav and Anil Verma respectively. A month back the recording of the songs for 'Salam Dost' were completed and is scheduled for release this October. It has been decided that the movie will be out in November. The leading characters of the 'Salam Dost' are Ashutosh Rana, Riya Sen, Raj Pal Yadav, Sonu Sudha and K K Menon among others. Eshu informs, "While in Delhi, we had made some fusion music and during that time I had released my first Nepali album 'Aasma'. The producer of 'Salam Dost' after listening to my music approached me and asked us to compose two songs for his movie. He liked our work. After which he decided to give all the songs to us for composition." Niraj Shreevastav, producer of 'Salam Dost' was so much impressed with the work of these young lads that he has already signed them up to compose music for his second film '10 Plus Two' - A Love Chemistry. The actors in this movie will be Tushar Kapoor, Riya Sen, Raj Pal Yadav and Govinda Namdev among others. The recordings for '10 Plus Two' will commence from July end informs Ishwor. Musician and singer -- Ishwor was born in Surkhet. In 1999, he went to India to learn music. Later in 2001, he got a scholarship from Indian Embassy to pursue his Bachelors in Classical Music which he completed from Shree Ram College, India. "Wherever I go and wherever I am, I want to develop Nepali Music. I want to be recognized as an artist of Nepal. That is the main reason why I released my debut album 'Aasma' in 2005 in Nepal." Time and again, Eshu has been participating in cultural exchange programs 'Indo Nepal Cultural Exchange Festival' organized in India. According to him, in the coming days, he will be composing music for an album of producer and choreographer Deepak Taka. Good going pal. Our best wishes are with you!
