Must be too much of Hindi movies. Also, BB u can treasure your accent as long as u don't say tomyatto. When you don't pronounce the word correctly, u can't be clear. So, it's quite natural for a person to ask u to repeat over n over again. Poor communication. I'd rather suggest folks to imitate the native speakers. Listen closely: the stress on words, rising n falling tones. Faking might help as well n ur tongue will slowly adapt to it.
