First Day in Nepal

Same sort of things can happen in America on a reverse magnitude. I have once been to New York and it felt like one of the rudest places on earth. Immigration officials treat, particularly non white people, as if they all are terrorists or beggers. Scanning of iris, body search, finger scans and so on. And I don't think Nepalese officials are any worse than them if not better. Only one thing is better in Nepal that you can argue with a right !! There are not any ghettos or areas where a white or brown person cannot travel to. People know where America is ( how many American know where Nepal is). No one asks where you learnt Nepali !! Traffic is chaotic in Kathmandu but what about traffic in big cities of the US? Gun robberies and crimes are non existence compared to America. There ain't any red necks.......... the list is endless. When we go to Nepal after a few years in the US or abroad, ( it is particularly true for people who are a few years old immigrants so on ) that they perceive themselves as " more civil and better " than Nepalese and that makes all the difference.
