Well it depends where you invest it. I didn't just use any arbitrary rate either. I am just obsessed with this 6% rate because this is what I think the neutral short term rate should be i.e. without Fed intervension. Well if you like to invest long term what do you think about GE? I know what you are thinking. I didn't say this because Buffet just bought a hell lot of this stock but because I work here. It is just an amazing company with double digit growth forcast. Think about it!!
