"If PM Koirala is unable to raise the issue in front of the Indian government then his visit of India would be worthless. " That's a good one because the supreme irony of that statment is no one, including India, would even listen to the previous government. What will make Koirala's visit worthwhile, in my opinion, is if he can get the Indian government to open up their wallets and thus re-invigorate the Nepalese economy. If he can't get this from them, then I would agree his visit would have been worthless.
