Sanjeep71, I think you should be receiving all government fees back. I dont think that you will get education evaluation fee back. Also if you have given material before 26th and your lawyer filed reasonably lately then you may have some ground to bargain for legal fee back....but still there is very less chance that you will get back. After all most lawyers are clever like a fox.
