the truth is this: MAOIST ARE THE BIGGEST ENEMY OF POOR ,DALIT AND THIER DEVELOPMENT they are the biggest obstacles between their progress and poor.They have pushed Nepal 10*10 years back by just waging war. They are expoiting them .Making them take weapons instead of education.The slow progress we had seen after 90's has halted because of this conflict.At the biggest sufferer are poor people. Though there was lot of corruption i admit. we had some what positive changes in the country slowly though but there was. Now it has stopped. To restart that it will take again so many years .Biggest enemy of people is maoist.
