Do you think, 3 school children being seperated by the schoold during free nutrition program of World Food Program, just because their surname hinted they were dalits, can be justified for a mere 3000 Rs? FYI. There has been just ONE decision by the Dhading District Court in this regard. Even in that case the Brahmin judge decided to fine the preperator Rs. 25 ! Is that enough? FYI: No person has ever been arrested on crime of untouchability. The flaw is in the law and the flaw is in the implementation too.
