So you admit that it is not the problem with law.So why big fuss about it.the problem is implementation.The present govt should focus on implementing not just try to be hero "from now onwards nepal will be descrimination free" we will see how effective implementation is going to be. The big problem is consiciousness, education .As almost every society in this world .nepalese society will evolve too.it takes time and effort.Just by putting in newspaper headline is not the solution.the solution comes from everysingle person of the society.
