This rule was set up for nepalese almost three years ago....it seems that they are tired of nepalese especially working over there.. ..at one point they even stopped hongkong visa for travel only from nepal..they give transit visa easily.... hehehhe....so far i know indians don't need visa to go Hongkong...so why should they ask american????
