Hey pire....we are from the third world country so the rich country treat like this haina.. i don't think hongkong is jarpat country....do you know how many nepalese is in hongkong and how many wants to go over there and work????? There are lots of nepalese working from low level ( many)to high level(few), it don't want to see any more nepalese staying illigally...so they made new rules...i think its not only hongkong..its london also you need to have transit visa....
