yesterday is history Tomorrow is Mystery Today is A Gift That's why it is called Present Well the thing is we need to learn mistakes from history , Make today better. Though tomorrow is mystery can put in better track.don't know where the track is going to take but if u have used better judgement today then would be good in future as well. Nepal needs good tax reform.Most of the nepalese don't pay tax.The buisness men have maipulated the system.Well no tax system can be perfect but can make it better. What i see in Nepal is we are repeating same mistakes from past again and again.
