Maoist arrested in Banepa Kathmandu , 1 June: Maoist Ajay Rai was arrested in Banepa in a raid on his house from where unaccounted money and property worth more than Rs 9.6 million was recovered, officials said. Rai was behind the robbery of the Nabil Bank at Baudha Wednesday, police said. Rai is a former Maoist platoon commander. People’s News/BR
