My mom, who can say only "Hi" and "Bye" in English went to Nepal twice without any issues. We had to get the wheel chair assistance from the Airlines and they did pretty well job. Mom told me that they never left her even when she was in transit at BKK airport. I wrote a letter and gave it to her if in case she needs help. She never had to show it. If you find some one that is better but if you don't find any one don't sweat. I believe I can Fly.
