BJP accuses New Delhi of interfering in Nepal New Delhi, 29 May: The BJP on Monday charged PM Manmohan Singh with allowing Left interference in foreign policy matters and said the UPA government had failed in dealing with external affairs issues, the Times of India reports quoting PTI. "We have no independent foreiogn minister in this government. The CPM is managing the foreign policy of this government by proxy. "After interfering in Nepal, the Leftists have directed their attention to Sri Lanka. Perhaps the PM is gambling with a new and strange experiment of allowing a political party from outside the government to run the foreign minister," BJP chief Rajnath Singh said in his address at the BJP national executive meeting. He cited CPM's role in Nepal's recent political crisis and accused the PM of allowing Left interference after external affairs minister Natwar Singh quit over the Volker report. People’s News/BR
